About the Inspector
With over 30 years of experience as a business owner in Mechanical Engineering, I have built a strong foundation in mining and construction, employing and leading more than 35 people over several decades. My extensive background in engineering and construction, has provided me with a wide range of technical and management skills, complemented by my passion for property development and the building industry.
In addition to developing multiple properties, I also established and operated my own Solar Advisory business, further expanding my knowledge in sustainable energy and construction solutions. Today, I have directed my expertise towards Building and Timber Pest Inspections, where I bring together my engineering background, property experience, and attention to detail.
I hold accreditations through Jim’s Building Inspections, including:
Jim’s Building Course (CRBI)
Timber Pest (MPL)
Asbestos Accreditation
Whilst now completing my Certificate IV in Building and Construction in furthering my knowledge, it allows me to provide clients with a comprehensive and professional service.
