We are in the process of buying our first home and worked with Jason. He did a very thorough inspection and report with lots of photos. The report showed multiple issues and as first home buyers we weren’t sure how serious these were. We were able to speak with Jason and he gave really great easy to understand explanations of what was going on, his course of action and priorities and even talked about cheaper more simple things we could do to protect elements of the home while saving up for full renovations. Jason was very patient and caring and said this is the advice I’d give if you were my kids.
