We recently had a pest and building inspection completed by Tom on a property we were looking to buy and I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough!!! From the start we were looking for someone that had genuine building knowledge, great experience and would provide a thorough report and Tom was just the man. What we appreciated most was that he never told us what he thought we should do or tried to sway our decision in any way. Instead he simply provided as much information as possible, explained everything clearly and made sure we understood exactly what he was seeing. Jonathan is well worth the money. He organises to do the inspection with you there, and takes time explaining defects. How to fix them the best way, cheapest way what ever your strategy is with the house. He will give you tips on how to fix the issue and provide options. Nice guy very easy to talk to. Even when talking to him on the phone prior to Auction he showed great interest on explaining things which you do not get from others.
