Which package should I choose?

  • Standard is primarily carried out on apartments above ground floor where there is a low risk of termite or other pest related damage.
  • Building & Pest is our most popular inspection and covers the majority of inspection requirements.
  • Premium is usually selected for buildings over 40 years old that may require upgrades to electrical, plumbing & gas. A licensed plumber and electrician will have to be appointed to conduct the plumbing and electrical component of the inspection.

Mark has been exceptional from start to finish. From our first interaction, he made us feel very comfortable by outlining everything that will happen within the inspection. Jenn was absolutely amazing! We had a short window to get a building inspection done before an auction, and Jenn was able to get back to us within minutes of calling her reception, she arranged to do the inspection the following day, and then had the report completed by that evening. She was professional, incredibly thorough and detail oriented in her report, and was also willing to discuss some of the more significant items over the phone in greater depth, which gave us peace of mind. Making a purchase of real estate in Melbourne or Australia is quite a challenge. You will definitely need a reliable Building Inspector, lucky that our solicitor/conveyor reminded us and introduced John to us. John responded and attended immediately and gave us a very detailed professional report, with all the indicating photos in a timely manner. He gave us very honest advices and solutions regarding our concerns about the defects he found. If I am going to buy a house again, I will definitely ask John to help, highly recommend to do a building inspection before you sign the sale of contract, it is a must.

The post inspection document was sent promptly with well laid out, easy to read sections, multiple photos showing potential issues, images for future reference, and a quick reference section for specific terms used. I’m very thankful to find Troy. His building and pest was extremely thorough and his attention to detail and experience was obvious. He was able to identify moisture, mould and cracks in the building that were a problem and could cost me quite a bit of money in the future. He definitely knew exactly where and what to look for.
