Which package should I choose?

  • Standard is primarily carried out on apartments above ground floor where there is a low risk of termite or other pest related damage.
  • Building & Pest is our most popular inspection and covers the majority of inspection requirements.
  • Premium is usually selected for buildings over 40 years old that may require upgrades to electrical, plumbing & gas. A licensed plumber and electrician will have to be appointed to conduct the plumbing and electrical component of the inspection.

We could not have asked for a better service from Nick. The report was extremely thorough (47 pages long) and had information on every aspect of the house. Dudley Staples from Jim's Building Inspections Duncraig in Perth was highly recommended to me by a property manager to do the Post Completion Inspections for a house we built in the northern suburbs of Perth. After having carried out three post completion inspections last year and a maintenance inspection eleven months later this year, I am so glad I appointed him to do the inspections. Dudley is incredibly good at what he does and meticulous with inspections. He even gets into the attic to inspect and checks all the gutters from outside the house and also gets on the roof to check the tiles. He produced a very thorough and detailed report with great photos on both occasions and spent a lot of time answering my questions patiently and explaining everything to me as I am living in Sydney. He identifies even the minutest defects and includes them in his report. His customer service is outstanding and I have no hesitation in recommending him strongly for building inspections. Thanks very much Dudley for the excellent job you did for us.

John was excellent! He really helped us dodge a bullet and was completely honest with us even though we wanted to hear differently. If it wasn’t for him, we’d land up buying something we’d regret for all our lives. 6 months on that lemon of a property is still on the market and the owners continue to not disclose the issues that John was able to identify for us and help with the next house we ended up ultimately buying.
