Rental Safety Inspections

I had a building in southern Tasmania inspected by Peter Berry of Jim's two years ago. His report was very thorough and, having now owned the property for two years, I can attest to the report's accuracy and highly recommend Peter as an inspector.

We could not have asked for a better service from Nick. The report was extremely thorough (47 pages long) and had information on every aspect of the house. We were impressed that he tested all the cupboards, taps, and drains in the house. Upon receiving the report, we called Nick for advice and he further explained the details. We will definitely be using Nick for future building and pest reports.
