Sheraz did an amazing job. Had some issues with gaining access to do the dilapidation report and he was so patient, respectful and understanding. Absolutely top-notch service 10/10. I highly recommend Ash’s service. He is incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. As someone who doesn’t know much about the building side of things, I really appreciated how clearly and professionally the report was prepared. We could not have asked for a better service from Nick. The report was extremely thorough (47 pages long) and had information on every aspect of the house. We were impressed that he tested all the cupboards, taps, and drains in the house. Upon receiving the report, we called Nick for advice and he further explained the details.
