About the Inspector
As a registered builder, Ed is a highly experienced Building Consultant having worked with hospitality, retail, residential, multi-unit commercial construction projects, and commercial fit outs. In the last 25 years I have been regarded as a Design and Construct to Completion specialist including;
- Full-cycle project management, including planning, budgeting, and construction oversight.
- Compliance with WHS standards.
- Efficiency-focused: using tools to optimize performance and control costs.
- Strong leadership: guiding and motivating teams.
- Expert problem-solving: resolving issues and ensuring quality.
- Relationship-building: fostering client satisfaction and team collaboration.
