Barry is a Registered Domestic Builder with more than 20-yesrs of experience across the residential construction industry. His career began on the tools as a lock-up and fixing carpenter before progressing into site supervision with a volume home builder, where he managed residential projects, coordinated trades, and delivered homes to strict timelines and performance targets. He later co-founded Creative Homes and Investments, where he oversaw all aspects of running a residential construction company, including project planning, estimating, client management, documentation, construction delivery, compliance and quality control.

In the past decade, Barry has also found fulfilment in mentoring fellow builder, helping them grow and thrive in the industry.

Barry was drawn to the Jim’s group because of their strong business ethos, Integrity, transparency, and credibility are values that he holds in high regard as a business owner, and Jim’s Group aligned perfectly with his approach. He is eager to bring his extensive experience to the team and continue his passion for delivering quality service to the industry.

Outside of work, Barry is a proud family man, raising three children. he enjoys being active, playing tennis, skiing in the colder months, and family travels whenever he can.
