With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, Barry has a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise. His journey began as a carpenter before progressing to a site supervisor for a volume builder. In 2007, Barry took the leap and started his own construction business, initially specialising in custom home builds. Over time, his focus shifted to multi-unit development projects throughout metropolitan Melbourne.

In the past decade, Barry has also found fulfillment in mentoring fellow builders, helping them grow and thrive in the industry. He completed his Certificate IV in Building and Construction in 2007 and is currently working towards becoming a registered building practitioner.

Barry was drawn to the Jim’s group because of their strong business ethos. Integrity, transparency, and credibility are values that he holds in high regard as a business owner, and Jim’s group aligned perfectly with his approach. He is eager to bring his extensive experience to the team and continue his passion for delivering quality service to the industry.

Outside of work, Barry is a proud family man, raising three children. He enjoys being active, playing tennis, skiing in the colder months, and family travels whenever he can.
