He has an exceptional command of the nationals Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and end-to-end construction processes, ensuring all projects meet strict regulatory and compliance requirements.

Holding a Diploma in Construction and Building, Goran combines technical expertise with proven leadership in managing complex projects from inception to completion. His background as a qualified Safety Officer further underscores his comprehensive knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and best practices. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, unwavering professionalism, and ability to deliver outcomes to the highest standard, Goran is well-positioned to meet the rigorous requirements of industry licensing and accreditation.

Most recently, Goran has thorough his thorough building knowledge to the team at Jim’s Building Inspections, joining us as our Caroline Springs Building Consultant. After many years on the tools, Goran was looking to expand his skill set and embrace the great opportunities that owning a JBI Franchise has to offer.
