About the Inspector
Terry first started his working career as a commerce graduate, but quickly realised his passion was building and property. He started his building company
30 years ago started his building career 30 years ago with the formation of his building company. Going back to study, he completed his Certificate 4 in
Contract Managers program (building course) and a Diplo ma in Building and construction. Terry has been running a successful building company for all
these years having completed many, residential commercial and industrial projects.
Terry has also been a Member of the Master Builders Association NSW for over 15 years and is currently a council member on the MBA NSW Executive
Council, and Treasurer of the St George division. With over 30 years experience in the residential building sector Terry is well equipped to service your inspections needs. Married with 2 children, Terry
resides in the South Sydney area and is ready to service your inspection needs
