I have approximately 15 years demonstrated experience in various fields includes Regulatory Compliance, Customer service, Call Centre, Community Facilities & Mortgage Banking with solid commitment of approximately 5 years in Regulatory Compliance. I have also successfully completed Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying – Skill Set & Certificate IV in Government investigation which allowed me to commence operating a small business in conjunction with my full-time employment with Local Council.

My target service was completing pre purchase inspections for buyers however I also obtained some regular clients requiring maintenance works on their business premises.

My background in the building industry is wide ranging and I have worked on a large range of projects across residential, commercial and government assets. I have an extensive background in asbestos auditing and testing in government buildings which will transfer well to one of the key services to be offered.

I have enjoyed my work in the industry and decided to start my small business. I found Jim’s Building Inspections while researching the general competition in Sydney and following some further research decided to investigate a Franchise opportunity with them.
