I have grown up surrounded by building and construction, my father was a qualified builder. This created an environment that gave me hands-on experience with all aspects of building from a young age.

I completed my Cert III Carpentry & Construction apprenticeship with a Melbourne based construction company.

This skill has enabled me to work my way through the building industry, in the domestic, commercial, and industrial areas. Working as a carpenter, site foreman and supervisor. These included new building and restoration projects on hospitals, schools, police, and railway stations. Along with many commercial and industrial projects throughout inner and outer suburbs of Melbourne and interstate.

Over the past 20yrs I have owned and operated my own company providing a wide variety of building services to the Insurance Industry throughout all of Gippsland, Victoria. Providing detailed inspection reports, repair scope of works and quotations, also carrying out all rebuild and repair works right through to final completion.

I have extensive knowledge and experience with locating and confirming causes of damage to properties and was often called upon when other Builders could not find the issues causing damage.

I have decided to become part of the Jim’s building Inspections group as I believe the model provides the best opportunity for me to use my expertise in a professional capacity with a reputable trading name and supportive team behind me. I believe it is extremely important to have excellent customer service and I strive to have a high level of integrity in everything I do.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and family, exploring Gippsland and working on all types of restoration projects.
