A huge thank you to Frank! Frank did the inspection on our new home and was incredibly thorough (130 page report with lots of photos). He turned up when he said he was going to turn up and while there was nothing huge, identified some areas that need attention which helped to negotiate a drop in the purchase price. Having the phone review was probably the best part where Frank could explain in real terms what to be aware of and where to ask questions. Would thoroughly recommend Frank for any property purchase (residential or commercial) and we will definitely use him again to review the house and make sure the maintenance of the property stays current. Thanks Frank, 5 stars well earned!

We are on the Central Coast and we had Simon do our inspections. He was very thorough each time he came to the inspections – the slab stage, the frame stage, the next one and the final inspection. He was so thorough on the final inspection that when the builder fixed all the defects I got him out again to check that they did fix everything then he kept in touch with the Site Supervisor to make sure all was complete. Simon was excellent!!

Jamie was incredible!!! Quick and easy to organise, report was done so well and received nice and quick! A HUGE report which is perfect so we know of every little thing that is wrong or could go wrong. Would choose them again, amazing !!

As a first home buyer, it can be overwhelming to navigate through this landscape of building inspections, etc. Birendra was recommended to me by our mortgage broker and upon seeking their inspection services for build and pest, I was provided with indetail comprehensive reports with all relevant photos and potential solutions. Additionally, his time over the phone to discuss these items. Thorough inspection that saved me from a costly mistake I engaged George Mikhail from Jim’s Building Inspections Liverpool for a pre-purchase building and pest inspection on a 1990s brick home in Ruse NSW. From the very first contact George was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with — he coordinated access directly with the real estate agent which made the whole process seamless. George’s qualifications speak for themselves — Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering Advanced Diploma — and his report reflected that expertise. He identified structural termite damage in the roof void, subfloor wood rot in load-bearing timbers, exposed electrical wiring, safety hazards with the fireplace, and multiple conditions conducive to termite activity. His report was detailed, well-structured, and backed up with clear photos. Most importantly — George called me immediately after the inspection to walk me through his findings verbally before the written report arrived. That phone call was invaluable and showed he genuinely cared about making sure I understood the risks before making a $1,000,000+ decision.
