Charlie is a licensed builder who has worked in the construction industry for over 32 years . He brings with him a wealth of practical and technical experience in the field.

Charlie is a qualified Builder & Carpenter. He has strong overall knowledge of the construction and building industry with a broad range of extensive experience in a variety of projects. This has allowed for valuable opportunities to work in specialised projects in the building and construction field. Charlie’s main experience is with residential buildings and new construction.

Due to Charlie’s broad experience in the Building Industry, along with being a Member of the Master Builders Association, Charlie is a high performer with strong attention to detail. This provides an advantage when it comes to his Building Inspections.

Charlie is now at a stage in his life where he would like to apply his knowledge and experience by assisting home owners with their Inspection needs by providing thorough, effective, efficient and reliable reports.

Charlie enjoys spending time with family and the great outdoors. Camping, travelling, hiking, skiing, mountain biking and exploring are a passion. Charlie is reliable, professional and values providing good, honest service. He takes pride in assisting clients and achieving a successful outcome by meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
