I am Chirag Patel, owner and operator of Jim’s Building Inspections – Kurrajong. My career in the construction industry began in 1998 after completing a Diploma in Civil Engineering in India. Over the next 11 years, I worked across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, gaining strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of construction quality and onsite practices.

After moving to Australia, I spent nearly five years with a major construction and development company in Western Sydney as a Project Coordinator. This role strengthened my skills in project management, site coordination, quality assurance, and compliance with Australian building standards, while giving me valuable insight into local construction methods and client expectations.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, transitioning into building inspections was a natural step. My passion for quality workmanship and attention to detail led me to establish my own inspection business. I chose to invest in a Jim’s Building Inspections franchise due to its strong reputation, trusted brand, and proven systems, allowing me to deliver professional reliable inspections services.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the bush or visiting the beach, and following cricket and tennis. i look forward to supporting clients with clear, thorough, and dependable building inspections.
