I began my career in the construction industry while completing a Master of Construction Management at the University of Melbourne. Since then, I have gained broad experience across the Australian residential and commercial sectors, developing a strong understanding of building standards, construction methods, and how properties perform over time.

Having worked in Melbourne and Brisbane as a Site Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Project Manager, I have been involved in delivering homes, townhouses, apartment complexes, industrial warehouses, and high-rise developments. This hands-on experience allows me to understand not only how buildings are constructed, but also where common defects and long-term issues can occur.

As part of Jim’s Building Inspections, my focus is on helping clients make confident and informed property decisions. I take pride in providing thorough, easy-to-understand reports and am always happy to explain my findings in plain language, so you feel supported and comfortable throughout the inspection process.
