Over the last 28 years, I’ve been hands-on in delivering everything from luxury homes to complex developments, managing over $200 million in projects and conducting more than 10,000 construction inspections.

Through this experience, I’ve seen the hidden flaws that can turn a dream home into a financial nightmare – and I’ve helped countless clients avoid them.
