Matt brings 12 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry to his role as a building inspector. As a qualified carpenter, Matt has worked across a wide range of residential construction projects and has extensive knowledge of building methods, materials, and industry standards.

Throughout his career, Matt has also overseen the construction of multi-million-dollar residential developments from start to finish, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the building process and a strong eye for workmanship and detail. He is currently working towards obtaining his Builders Licence to become a Registered Domestic Builder, further strengthening his professional credentials within the industry.

Matt chose to invest in a Jim’s Building Inspections franchise to combine his practical construction experience with his passion for helping clients make informed property decisions. His thorough approach, attention to detail, and commitment to clear communication allow him to provide clients with a trusted and reliable inspection service.

Outside work, matt is a proud father of three young children who keep him busy. In his spare time matt is an AFL and UFC fanatic and enjoys getting away camping whenever the opportunity arises.
