About the Inspector
Hi my name is Ramy Badawy, and I am your local Beveridge Building Inspector. I have 19 + years experience in building and construction, locally and also in the eastern states.
I have graduated with an engineering degree, with so many different careers in the industry over the years I have gained qualifications in Microstation, AutoCad, Cert IV and diploma in Building and Construction. I have worked with many building and construction companies including the largest construction companies in Victoria , and have dealt with many builders and have also gained experience through running my own garage door and also roof and guttering business.
Since 2001 I started building houses in Mindarie and surrounding suburbs and did so for many years after that, including developing houses in Victoria also. Hence have gained the experience and skill of building houses from start to finish, inside and outside.
I am passionate about providing an honest inspection to my clients when they are deciding on purchasing or building their new home. I have proudly become the first franchisee for Jim’s Building Inspections for 2020.
