Lincoln holds a Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering and Management, a Master’s in Construction Project Management, and an MBA in International Leadership from Australia. As a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), he brings a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for structural integrity, quality assurance, and risk assessment—all crucial elements for a thorough building inspection.

Since joining Jim’s Building Inspections, Lincoln has been applying his deep construction knowledge to help homebuyers, investors, and property owners identify hidden defects and make informed decisions. Whether it’s assessing an older home for maintenance issues or ensuring a commercial property meets industry standards, his thorough inspections leave no stone unturned.

Lincoln can communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (not exactly Shakespeare-level English, but enough to get the job done—and maybe throw in a joke!). When he’s not inspecting properties, you’ll probably find him training for his next marathon — he runs a full marathon every year in different countries, just for the challenge!
