Which package should I choose?

  • Standard is primarily carried out on apartments above ground floor where there is a low risk of termite or other pest related damage.
  • Building & Pest is our most popular inspection and covers the majority of inspection requirements.
  • Premium is usually selected for buildings over 40 years old that may require upgrades to electrical, plumbing & gas. A licensed plumber and electrician will have to be appointed to conduct the plumbing and electrical component of the inspection.

Highly recommend John! My partner and I recently purchased an older home with a few underlying issues, and the thorough building inspection made us feel completely informed and prepared about what we were getting ourselves into. Amazing service, Andrew was very punctual with his emails and arranging for the inspection to happen as soon as possible. Brendan did two inspection for first property he found a range of issues in the end the repairs would have cost $100,000 in repairs we would have had to make. He was also very quick conducting the inspections calling shortly after and discussing finding and explaining them and forwarding the report. I am very thankful for what they have done for us would highly recommend them
