I had Jas complete a building inspection for me, and when I compared his report to the vendor-supplied report I had purchased (which turned out to be a complete waste of money), I was extremely glad I engaged him. Organised with Justin to do a building inspection before we purchased a property. Justin was able to inspect the property within 2 business days, provided a detailed verbal report over the phone, and emailed through a very detailed report the next morning.
