Highly recommend Nick! He was extremely accommodating and professional, particularly given the very short notice and the fact we had to cancel our initial inspection due to delays with the vendor signing the contract. Nick was incredibly flexible in rescheduling and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed before our cooling-off period expired. Andrew was amazing. He found some significant issues in his inspections of our property, we were very lucky to have his help otherwise these would have cost us a large amount in the long run. The cost of the inspections were well worth it. He was available to call when I had concerns and would always provide good advise. We wouldn't purchase or build another property without him inspecting it now. While he was on leave Brendan also assisted us and we were extremely happy with the feedback he provided.
