Recently got a pre-purchase building inspection undertaken by Andrew on a recommendation from someone else. Andrew was very efficient and provided a clear and detailed. His report was very beneficial to us, not only in relation to whether to purchase the property but was used as a template to help focus on issues requiring immediate attention and for organising tradies.

I highly recommend Jim's Building Inspections Auburn, especially Kamal, who carried out our pre-purchase building and pest inspection. Kamal was very responsive and arranged the inspection at the earliest available time, which was greatly appreciated. He called me after the inspection to explain the major findings before sending through the detailed report. As a structural engineer, Kamal has the expertise to identify structural issues, which gives confidence. They also use a drone to inspect the roof, providing a much more thorough assessment. Overall, the service was professional, thorough, and efficient.

I highly recommend this company for building and pest inspections. I contacted them on Friday afternoon and they were able to complete the inspection first thing on Saturday morning. I received the detailed report before midday, which was incredibly fast and efficient. Peter attended the property on 25/6 and conducted a thorough inspection of the property. Peter delivered a very detailed pre-auction inspection report that identified some major and minor defects and he was happy to discuss the report with us and answer any questions about what work needed to be done and the possible cost of rectification. This information will enable us to make an informed decision about the property. We were very happy with the service.
