Jonathan is well worth the money. He organises to do the inspection with you there, and takes time explaining defects. How to fix them the best way, cheapest way what ever your strategy is with the house. He will give you tips on how to fix the issue and provide options. Nice guy very easy to talk to. Even when talking to him on the phone prior to Auction he showed great interest on explaining things which you do not get from others.
