Hi I’m Noyel, and my passion is helping people in getting their new home. With more than 5 years experience in the building and construction industry, I developed a good understanding of how homes are put together and where they can sometimes fail.

Diversifying into many different roles is what builds experience and the many and varied jobs I have taken on in the past few years have sharpened my focus on building inspections. To improve my knowledge in the building industry and to keep par with the emerging trend in the industry, I studied building surveying at Melbourne Polytechnic. This has enhanced my understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC), Acts and regulations and knowledge of the relevant Australian Standards which provide guidance or minimum standards required to build a house in Australia.
